Paws and Claws Veterinary ClinicAt present I'm designing/developing a website for a veterinary clinic in Brooklyn, New York. The site is currently under construction and in need of content expansion. It is a work in progress and I'm in negotiations to implement a change of logo for both site design and print purposes. Also once the logo issue is resolved the site will be stripped of all tables and transferred to a purely CSS based layout for the final version along with various updates to make the site more interesting to the eye.
Mountain Valley Manor Adult Care HomeConcurrently I've also been involved with a logo creation for an adult care facility in Kingston, New York. The final choice is down to the final two and will be available here for viewing when the decision has been made by the Mountain Valley Manor team. I am also in negotiations for site development and design when they are up in running in 2007. |

06/2005 - 10/2005 | Multimedia Installation Piece - 'Sensory Overload' | Dublin, Ireland
In essence, was the creation of a tangible internet room where users
anonymously filtered through materials found within this pseudo cyberspace. The materials consisted of floating
spheres containing both 'wanted' and 'unwanted' content. The 'wanted' spheres flowed in a constant stream above
the user's head, with the ability to be knocked from their path into a viewing space where the user could
examine the content at their leisure; whereas the 'unwanted' spheres were tinted with a yellow glow, and
automatically gravitated and attached themselves to a user regardless of their viewing preference. Typically
this is what occurs when you search the Internet; you are continuously bombarded with images and advertisements
of no interest to you while searching for pieces of information you find to be of significance. In an attempt to simulate surfing the Internet, Sensory Overload utilizes motion tracking, real time 3d, and immersive 3d Surround Sound in unison in order to play on the user's senses. |

9/2003 - 6/2004 | J2EE Bulletin Board Servlet | Dublin, Ireland
The goal of the project was to design and implement an online bulletin board application. The application itself had an html based front end connected to a Java Servlet. All data was stored in a MYSQL database. The bulletin board had three categories for topics of conversation and they were: Entertainment, Accommodations, and Shopping. The requirements varied based on whether you were a User of the system or an Administrator. The link below will walk you through the process from both angles. Currently the Servlet is not functional but will be shortly. |
